I'm a seasoned writer, content marketer, and product manager, and I'm working towards leveling up my frontend engineering skills. I'm currently a Developer Advocate at Automattic.
Previously, I was the General Manager of Food Blogger Pro, an educational site for food bloggers and online entrepreneurs, where I managed, edited, and created content around building an online business, SEO, and WordPress.
By day, I love to cook, read, and take Peloton classes, and by night I'm typically in bed by 10, preferably snuggling with my calico, Maya (but we all know how cats are).
Fooduzzi is a site where I write about, photograph, and share my own plant-based recipes and lifestyle content. I started it in 2014, and I've been lucky enough to work with national brands like Bob's Red Mill and DeLallo.
I'm using a pre-made WordPress theme, but I've styled it with CSS and HTML to fit my brand. A great example can be found on my favorite books of the year post –– I styled each book card for mobile and desktop. I also manage my own domain and hosting.

As part of my role as General Manager of Food Blogger Pro, I write articles for our community of food bloggers, entrepreneurs, and creators.
I perform keyword research, plan, manage, and write articles about WordPress plugins, SEO, analytics, and growing an online business along with my other teammates. Additionally, we've implemented a consistent content calendar and strategy resulting in a 23% increase in organic traffic.
You can find some of my favorite articles here, here, and here!
I planned and implemented a webinar page for Food Blogger Pro that allows leads to opt-into an email sequence and get access to an on-demand webinar.
Using HTML and TailwindCSS, I designed and implemented the webinar landing page. I also wrote and implemented a promotional deadline sequence with Deadline Funnel and ConvertKit.
